TRUE HOPE MINISTRY INTERNSHIP

The Ministry Internship is designed to help equip individuals vocationally and spiritually through practical hands on experience and leadership investment. 

A Ministry Intern is a high capacity team member who is coached and accountable to True Hope Staff while being entrusted with meaningful projects, events, and ministry.


INTERNSHIP FAQs

  • Yes, if you are someone who has:

    • Professional skills you want to develop, grow, and use to build up the church. 

    • Experienced a call to vocational ministry and want to gain hands-on experience and leadership investment.

    • Margin to operate as a high capacity team member and commits to the year (September-June).

    • September 2026-June 2027 commitment of 12-15 hours per week.

    • Tuesday daytime availability is essential.

      • Interns attend a weekly Leadership Enrichment course as well as Staff Meetings and Chapel. 

    • Other availability depends on Ministry Department assignments:

      • Wednesday – YTH

      • Thursday (evening) & Sunday (mornings) – Gatherings

    • No, you don’t have to be 18-25 to be a part of the internship! 

    • You can be an established professional or person of any age 18+.

  • All Interns work closely with True Hope Staff, receive intentional leadership development, and are entrusted with meaningful projects. Every internship will look different depending on the Ministry Department.

    • Operations & Facilities

    • Tech: Sound, Video, & Photography

    • Communications: Graphics, Social Media, & Creative

    • Discipleship: Adult Ministries, Community Groups, & Content

  • No. There is no monetary compensation, nor a promise of future employment for participating in the Ministry Internship. The Internship functions as vocational training for those who want to experience hands-on-ministry and develop skills in specific areas. Interns are invested in, equipped, and building references and experience for their future.

  • No. We provide all supplies including books, resources, and other necessities.
