Yes, if you are someone who has:

• Professional skills you want to develop, grow, and use to build up the church. 

• Experienced a call to vocational ministry and want to gain hands-on experience and leadership investment.

• Margin to operate as a high capacity team member and commits to the year (September-June).

• September 2026-June 2027 commitment of 12-15 hours per week.

• Tuesday daytime availability is essential.

  • Interns attend a weekly Leadership Enrichment course as well as Staff Meetings and Chapel. 

• Other availability depends on Ministry Department assignments:

  • Wednesday – YTH

  • Thursday (evening) & Sunday (mornings) – Gatherings

• No, you don’t have to be 18-25 to be a part of the internship! 

• You can be an established professional or person of any age 18+.

All Interns work closely with True Hope Staff, receive intentional leadership development, and are entrusted with meaningful projects. Every internship will look different depending on the Ministry Department.

No. There is no monetary compensation, nor a promise of future employment for participating in the Ministry Internship. The Internship functions as vocational training for those who want to experience hands-on-ministry and develop skills in specific areas. Interns are invested in, equipped, and building references and experience for their future.
