Adults Ministry and Groups

This role oversees all community groups, adult ministries, and care. This person is responsible for both the quality and quantity of groups at True Hope. This role is responsible for training, shepherding, and communicating with group and adult team leadership, as well as promoting overall health and participation within the body.

CONNECTIONS Director

The Connections Director is responsible for overseeing the entire guest experience. From the moment someone arrives on campus, finds a seat, and gets connected, this role is responsible for facilitating the entire assimilation process. The Connections Director leads primarily by recruiting, developing, and empowering volunteer staff, team leaders, and team members to create environments that help people feel welcomed, known, and connected to the life of the church.

Facilities Director

The Facilities Director leads all aspects of building and property stewardship at True Hope Church. This role is both hands-on and strategic, primarily accomplished both by this position as well as recruiting, developing, and empowering teams to create clean, distraction-free environments where people can encounter God.

YOUTH DIRECTOR

The Youth Director will lead and shepherd the student ministry at the main campus of True Hope Church. This role will oversee the leadership, culture, and development of the youth ministry while building thriving middle school and high school environments. This leader will recruit, develop, and care for youth leaders while preaching regularly and building ministries that disciple students into lifelong followers of Jesus. The Youth Director will actively lead the High School ministry while providing oversight, coaching, and development of the Middle School ministry through the Youth Associate.

ELEMENTARY DIRECTOR

The Elementary Director will work together with the KIDS Director in casting holistic KIDS ministry vision as well as oversee the Elementary Sunday experience and team. They will create an environment that is engaging, exciting, fun and spiritually conducive to large and small groups. We are looking for someone with high energy, creativity, and experience leading engaging large-group environments.
